Going to work with Jonathan at Cowabunga Bay!

Josh is gone to scout camp today and Meg was supposed to work so I got to tend Elliott for half the day, then Meg came down and we went to work with Jonathan.  His family gets in free at his water park!  Elliott loved it!

The water squirting up on the way to this kiddie slide was her favorite part we thought...

Call Fort Triathlon

I got the fun job of taking Elliott home from the wedding reception last night, letting her sleep in and then heading up to the lake.. Richard stayed with Josh and Meg so he could sleep in an hour longer.  The lake is a little north of Brigham City so it was an hour and a half drive.  I got there after Josh finished.

CJ's reception (for Jack and Joni)

Yup, it really happened!  CJ is a married man!

Sunday...(yes, Richard got a black eye at the gym Saturday night.. He dropped a medicine ball on his eye)..

yes, she has a black eye just like her grandpa's now, but the swelling is so down and she is eating and playing like normal!!

Crazy summertime!

Least important, but to get it recorded at my 800th day on Wii Fit I clocked 200 hours! This is the place Jonathan works; although he doesn't see much of the water, he's in the snack bar.

This morning Richard and I went to the Flag Day Breakfast the stake puts on, then he went on an 18 mile bike ride, and then since I mentioned that I didn't get any hiking in last year, we went up to Brighton and took the little walk around Silver Lake.

It is so beautiful and green in the mountains this year!!

Half way around the lake we got a message from Josh that Elliott "broke her face" and needed a blessing.

The poor girl got hit my the ski rope when a heavy guy let go of it.  Not a very clear picture, but believe me the right side of her mouth is swollen and ugly.  Her binky shattered and cut her under her nose.  No broken bones and her teeth look fine.  She's just hurting!

While we were up there for the blessing, Josh let Richard take his little car for a ride.

BTW, Richard is now at the gym lifting and swimming!  What an animal!

Richard has a BIG birthday and Jonathan gets a job!

Richard is 60 years old!  He really doesn't seem any older than he was when I married him 33 years ago.  He went for a long bike ride on his birthday, then since I gave him a year membership at the gym, he went and worked out at the gym. He's never going to get old!

Jonathan turned in an applicaton to Cowabunga Bay on the way home from Grandma's birthday lunch, and today they interviewed and hired him! We are still wondering what an expediter is?

Grandma cooked another great birthday dinner, but since I had a committment last night, we had lunch!  It was delicious!

I made all these cupcakes for my friend's open house last night.  That's why Richard only got a mini birthday cake.  Don't worry we are having more cake and another birthday dinner on Father's Day when Josh and Meg can make it.

Congrats to Richard and Jonathan!  I'm proud of both of you and so glad I have you in my life!!
