Surprise!

Jonathan's awesome friends surprised him with a birthday party on Saturday night. They even brought cake and ice cream.

They did Jonathan's favorite things; Played lots of video games,

 and sat around the piano and sang while he played the piano. 

 Jonathan is so lucky to have such good friends!  Thanks for the fun!

Elliott

We have such nice weather! Josh and Meg are in San Diego and we get to tend Elliott! She loves it outside!

She loves her fun Grandpa, too. She is so funny on the tramp the more you bounce the more she laughs! Here she is showing off her strength.

I've been trying to get one of her dancing with me and then had the inspiration to get her when I wasn't dancing this afternoon.

Jonathan an adult?

We started celebrating Jonathan's birthday on Sunday with Josh, Meg and Elliott. He got some great new shirts, a CTR ring, Yoshi's Island and Beauty and the Beast. He's worn the 2 shirts from Josh and Meg to school this week. Monday he had a very busy night. He had a choir concert. Played 3 numbers for the Ladies Choir. One I uploaded. He sang with the Madrigals and played one number for them, which I uploaded.. Here he is ready to sing with the Madrigals..

This morning on his real birthday we had one gift left for Jonathan to open. He was pretty surprised. I love it when I can still find something to surprise him with!

Wicked tickets!!! One is actually for my birthday.

I am so glad that Jonathan was born 18 years ago and that he is still with us! He has a choir competition tonight for his birthday! But I'll try to get a shot of him with Elliott. We got to have her overnight last night and she's staying until Saturday!!

Another fun day with Elliott and Emmett.

Elliott was so excited to see Emmett in the van when I picked her up this morning! They really have fun playing together!

Enjoying Elmo for the second time today. Emmett had never been on a tramp before I think. Elliott loves it and started giggling as soon as it bounced. Emmett didn't want to share the car until I told him he could push Elliott and he thought that was great! Loving it outside!

A relaxing week-end.

Jonathan spent most of the week-end with his friend Charity. Saturday she brought her chalk. Here she is adding eyelashes to Jonathan's face.

She is a gamer. Its kind of scarry how much she and Jonathan have in common. She drew these items from Mario Cart (she has won state Mario Cart tournaments).

Sunday we took a drive up to the Draper temple and listened to a Brad Wilcox talk on CD. "I'll Never Do It Again and Other Broken Promises" which I love and Jonathan said was a very boring speaker.
