Baby bumps, shower, Motorhome renovation and the Fearsome 4

Meg is showing now!! Not showing as much as Kristi is though! Meg is having my next grandchild and Kristi is having my mom's next grandchild!
Steph and her mom, Heidi chatting with some great ward members at the shower! Gotta love the shot of Lisa and her cute little Cash in the front.

This is how Grandpa enjoyed the shower...

This is Richard's new project. He's fixing up the inside of a motorhome that had a leak in the roof.

He's building a stronger ceiling that will hopefully hold the air conditioner without sagging.

I got this shot of Jonathan and his friends last week. Almost everyday Ash comes over to read "The Scarlett Letter" with Jonathan. Pretty much everytime she shows up Alex and Carson magically appear, so they don't seem to be getting very far very fast in the book. Here they are "reading" Thursday or something like that.

Family Picture

We had a family photo shoot the last day of our 3rd annual Quincy family reunion. The first time we hired a professional; Matt McFarland Photography BTW and it went well and fast. The babies AND Josh were very cooperative. The older girls were not happy. This was the last picture of the day. We had to bribe Sophie with ice cream to even get her in it. Can I just say that I love these 4 little angels!
This is the first picture. Thanks everyone for coming and smiling. I think you are all beautiful!

Wishing I could be in 3 places at the same time..

Such a Sunday! There's a mission report in our ward; Brendan Cole, which I get to attend, then I'm leaving for my nephew; Jacob Ellis' mission report, but at the same time Jonathan is playing the piano in another meeting for a farewell of a guy from his Jazz Choir ( Alex and this guy are singing a duet) AND Josh and Meg are talking in their meeting in Clearfield!!
While I'm at it.. I may as well wish I were in Denver and Houston and Seattle. Harry Potter did it didn't he?

My biggest laugh for the day!

I'm a mean mom. For some reason Jonathan is very embarrassed about this and didn't want me to blog it. I told him that if he let me get a picture to document it I wouldn't put it on the blog unless he let me, but as you can see, he ran away from me and the camera, and so I feel like I am not longer obligated, so here it is;
I had to mail a very heavy box to Houston today; Jason weights, Jenny's scriptures and a couple of things from Sydney and Dean, so Jonathan came along to be my muscles. As he was putting the box in the van, he mentioned that his pants were wierd, he couldn't get his belt through one of the belt loops. Well I had done some repairs on a pair of pants that shortened a belt loop, but they weren't Jonathan's they were mine! So I took another look and sure enough Jonathan had my pants on!! Of course they fit him a little differently than they do me, but I thought it was a pretty funny thing and I wish I could have taken that picture for you, of course, then I wouldn't be able to share the story, so I guess it all worked out okay.

Too quiet on the home front!

After this...
And this... Dan and Jess shared this room with Tessa...The Quincys ready to fly away... The Chapmans ready to drive away... Jenny and Dean ready to fly away yesterday... Sophie slept in our room.. The Quincys got the whole basement because the little doll is a stinker at night... All the Kendalls in this room... one of the bathrooms... And the single guys... Yesterday...Jack flew out this morning and now...
Today...It's just too dang quiet at my house!!
Thanks for coming kids!
Come again soon!

Some Saviors on Mount Zion

I want to thank my kids for all of the work they did so we could do a bunch of sealings at the temple! It meant the world to me to be able to have all of my endowed children there. Steph and Jonathan did baptisms with us to get names ready, too! Its really hard for parents of new babies to make it to the temple! Every bit you did is appreciated!

All together separtely

I love having all of my family together, but I have discovered that as we get greater in number it gets increasingly more difficult to get every one together at the same time. We never did get Joni or Stephanie to Yuba, they both had to work, and Dan couldn't come until Saturday just in time for the family photo shoot, but we got all of these wonderful people there.. ..here's Joni from her visit Friday night. And here's Nicole and Sydney (she was just getting Sydney ready for bed) This is all faked bellies, but Meg is really starting to get a little bit of a tummy! Josh and Meg took good care of all of us unseasoned beach campers. They were willing to share space with Jess and Tessa in the trailer and treated everyone to all the skiing, wake boarding, and wake surfing they wanted! Sophie warmed up to her Uncle Jack quickly! This shot is trying to show these 3 Quincy boys lovely beach hair. All the sibs, but Joni. Jack and Meg getting Dean to smile. Shade was an important commodity on those hot days. Sophie loved being able to get all dirty without getting in trouble. Meg, pro surfer. Nicole learning. Jack remembered how to do it! Jason picked it up quickly! Jenny was a quick study. Grandma and Grandpa Ellis came over to see the grands when we got back Friday. That darn Steph kept ducking behind the counter, so this background shot is the only one I got of her with Jack. Dean loved his great grandparents! Dean trying some watermelon. Sydney's favorite place to be. Nicole is a patient and loving mother.Friday morning happiness. James' parents came and brought their trailer, which was a great help. They also cooked us a delilcious dutch oven dinner Thursday night. Finally! My first opportunity to get a shot of all my grankids together! I know they aren't all looking at me, in fact only Tessa is, but they are all in one place! Grandpa Ellis imitater. Cuddling with Sophie. The cutest girls in the world together!

I just have to say that the only thing cuter than one grandbaby is two interacting with each other!

The Kendalls visit and Camp Tracy

The Kendalls stopped over for a while on their way to Orem from the airport. Dean is so much fun! He is soo big! As you can tell in the picture; he's almost as tall as Tessa! Of course he is much lighter! He was very loving and smiley and entertaining! Jason stopped by for a minute this morning, too. He accepted a new job with his company. We can't wait until its our turn to have time with all these Texans! Thursday I went to the 11 year old scout camp at Camp Tracy in Millcreek Canyon. Ted and Nick were both sick, so it was just Corey and I. Corey and I discovered a boy from the 1st ward who is the only 11 year old in his ward, so we invited him to join us. Ted and Nick were both recovered, so Richard and Brandon got to take up 4 boys for the fun classes on Friday and the camp out.
Camp Tracy was lots of fun. Nice and cool up Millcreek Canyon and the facility is really nice!

This little guy likes to move around. How does Jenny get such great videos of him?

Tessa getting rides in the chair from "Gumpa".
