Biker Baby

Meg, the biking girl, got this cute onesie before she ever had Elliott. She wore it with this cute headband that Jessica made her today. Such a delight!

Meg and Elliott came to play!

Elliott is so alert and interactive now! I was so fun to get to play with her and Meg. Meg is doing a great job taking care of her. They really love each other as you can see in this picture.She's gained over a pound since she was born! Does it show? The first time I saw her in a dress, too. Thanks for coming to play! Come again soon! Joni was actually here working on a paper for school. She finally met Elliott last Sunday. She's been sick, so she hasn't been able to hold her yet.

2 Weeks old and getting chubby!

Elliott and her great parents. Elliott awake. Elliott asleep. She is so much bigger and more awake and alert today! She slept 5 hours straight last night and made her mom feel soo much better! She has 2 chins now!!

One week later!

Sweet Ellie P. has really won some fans in her first week of life.

...Jack and Steph Of course her mom loves her. Meg has done such a great job taking care of her and recovering this week!

Her hair is looking strawberry blond, like Josh and Jenny's did at birth and she's lost her newborn coloring and looks more and more like her mom.

She is such a delight! And of course she's excited to hear that Jenny will be having a girl cousin for her soon!

Elliott day 3 and anticipating doctor visits results.

Does she not look fatter? Meg has her at the drs this morning. I'm excited to hear the stats.

She kind of decided she likes her hand out. She'd be absolutely perfect if she'd let her mom sleep at night. Meg gets her rest before 2 am and little cat naps.
And today Jenny finds out if she's having a boy or a girl! Is it a brother for Dean or a sister? If you get on Jenny's blog you can vote. So far its mostly boy votes.

Meg and Elliott

Today was Elliotts due date and Josh and Meg got to bring her home. Meg is happy to be home and I finally got a couple of shots of her holding Elliott that are pretty sweet! Today I think that Elliott looks like her mom. She even has dimples when she smiles. This picture shows off her hair very well, eh?

I had to share the shots that show her cute hair! She is looking less Quincy and more Noorda today, I think.

She has legs! Josh says she doesn't really have a bum though.

She likes to roll onto her side and sometimes smashes her face on the side of the bed.

I could watch her fun expressions all day!

She really loves her daddy. Her mom isn't featured in the pictures. I seriously thought about getting one of her and Josh sleeping, but I didn't want to put down Elliott! They had a rough night with Ellie spitting and choking. Tomorrow they go home!

Elliot P. Quincy Arrives!!

Isn't she beautiful? She actually has some hair, a Quincy nose and such cute full lips! (where did they come from?) It was love at first hold for me! She is adorable!

Meg had an easy first experience nursing her. She latched right on and wanted to keep nursing forever. Those cheeks should stay chubby!

Poor Meg was exhausted! Her water broke at 1:30 this morning and Elliott was born at 11:54, so she got very little rest all night. Josh got some sleep in there. She's 7 lbs. 7 oz, 20 inches and so sweet!
