Back home and our Homecoming

We left Redmond on Tuesday early and got to the Meridian temple in time to do sealings!  We spent the night in Boise and got home with time for a nap before we went to do laundry at the Draper temple.  We were doing my mom's subbing assignment, but she showed up to get us started.
We got our talks ready, cleaned the house and cooked some food.  We visited Richards brother Gary and sister-in-law Jane.  It was overwhelming to see so many good people we love come to hear us talk in Church today!  Not everyone is in the pictures,  because I was too distracted to take pictures!  We are so blessed to have so many people to love!

Adding more pictures from my sweet brother-in-law;

Baptism, Bucket List, and a Bonus!

Let me start by saying that I left my temple bag with my recommend, clothes and family cards at home!  Not a great way to start a temple touring trip!  Thanks to modern technology it worked out!  We did baptisms in the Reno temple (My last Nevada temple), saw Lake Tahoe, did an endowment session in the Oakland temple (My first California temple), we visited my nephews lovely family in Roseville (unplanned so a bonus), visited their beautiful cabin at Lake Shasta, did inititories at the Medford temple (My last Oregon temple), visited the Olympic National Park ( a bucket item since I read Aaron Elkins books) and got to our son's house a day early because the Sacramento temple was closed. We got to give the talks at our grandson' s baptism and have had a wonderful trip!  We are pleased with how our new car traveled and our great gas mileage! Life is good!
