Trip to Houston to meet Avery

Nicole was pretty big and miserable when I got to Houston.

Friday morning I got to walk to Sydney's bus stop with her and Logan.

Logan rode her bike home.

The Kendalls came and played that afternoon and again on Saturday.

Monday morning Jason and Nicole went to the hospital to have a baby.  Sydney and Logan wore there big sister and big brother t-shirts.

Tuesday we took Logan to meet Avery.

He likes her.

I loved her.

Jason loves her.

She's very sweet.

Nicole loves her, too.

Poor Syd had to wait until after school on Wednesday to meet her.

Gas prices in Houston are a little better than in Utah.

Friday Jason dropped me at Jenny's on his way to get the other Grandma from the airport.

It was perfect weather to play in Jenny's back yard after dinner!

Bonus was a long layover in Denver so I got to take Jess and the kids to our favorite Village Inn by the airport.

Another trip to Seattle!

Jack and Steph had me come tend the kids while they got away for a 5th anniversary trip. The first anniversary when Steph wasn't pregnant or recovering from a pregnancy.

  Heidi and Jamison are still obsessed with the alphabet, but do like to play at other things.

Heidi and Jamison loved McDonalds, the park and house hunting.

Jack and Steph has lived in the Seattle area for 4 years and I finally took them to meet my awesome Uncle Paul and 4 of his kids.

I hadn't seen my Aunt Joan since I was a teenager traveling with my sister to California.  They were so warm and friendly and fun to talk to!
