Hellos, goodbyes, and the Sister trip!

This great group of missionaries arrived on Wednesday!

Thursday we transferred missionaries to Des Moines and others 

back to Iowa City!

Thursday night we spent time with these great missionaries before they left Friday morning.

Saturday 3 of my sisters and my niece came to visit! We found Magnus Anderson's grave in Madrid...

We had pizza at Zenos in Marshalltown...

Saw the tornado recovery...

Saw the tall corn...

Saw my pond in Marshalltown...

We went to church in Marshalltown...

Had one more French Sunday school class...

Put up a new picture..

Visited with loved ones...

We ate at our apartment in Iowa City then headed to Nauvoo.  On our way we discovered an ancestor was buried in Fort Madison (Stephen Hales)...

In Nauvoo this was the death spot of Ezekiel Johnson...

Monday morning we visited Carthage Jail.

We toured lots of Nauvoo..

We went to a lovely concert performed by the Sisters in Nauvoo  and then we cleaned the temple and got an amazing tour of all the temple.

This morning we went down the trail of tear...

Then we did a session at the temple and found the cemetery where more ancestors were buried; Ezekiel Johnson, and a bunch more.

On the way home we stopped in Kalona to see the Amish bakery

It's been so fun!  Thanks for coming to play!  Tomorrow we work in the office!
