Way to go Josh!

Congrats to Josh and Meg! I hear that he successfully defended his thesis yesterday! Way to plow through it and way to go Meg keeping him at it and not complaining when he was never home. I love this picture, little Ava matches like she should belong to them! Its been a great first year of your marriage with some super acheivements! Josh is now officially the most educated one in the family! (At least until Dan graduates from law school in May).

We got everyone together for the first time since Sydney was born for Sunday dinner at Jason and Nicole's.

Sydney had a photo shoot today.
We had to bath her and shampoo that pretty hair...

This sweet little Sydney is getting lots of love with her mom and dad and 2 grandmas in the house.
Although she looks 100% sweet, she does have one very unsweet thing about her; she has the stinkiest gas I have ever smelled. Think Yellowstone in a confined space. It really is hilarious.

She still has lots of gorgeous hair. And for the record; there was a hard freeze here last night. The frost on the ground made me think I was back in Utah.

Snow in Houston?

Apparently it isn't safe to come to Houston in December. We have snow. The funny thing is that they shut down the schools, they cancelled the Tree Lighting Ceremony downtown tonight and here's the shots of the tremendous amount of snowfall!

Sydney and Dean finally meet.

I feel so blessed to have 2 new grandbabies and to be able to spend time getting to know them. I'm so thankful that they have wonderful moms and dads.

Baby Dean is 4 weeks old!

Just when we thought Dean was getting nice and chubby with lots of cheeks, little Sydney came along and makes his cheeks look tiny. So we're thinking that Dean heard us talking about getting together to compare them and do a photo shoot this week-end and has been eating like a champ all day.
Jenny is such a cute mom and is so good with this boy!
