Jonathan had a 3 day swim meet this week. Well, we left early on Wednesday (after they closed the pool for 45 minutes) so I guess it was kind of a 2 day meet for us. Apparently they started the meet again after we left and went until 11:00 pm, but we didn't realize it until Jonathan got an angry text message from the coach.
Coach Andee wasn't there on Wednesday so this is how Jonathan's team was warming up.
Thursday it got really cold, it rained, it blew and then it poured. We called Richard and asked him to bring us jackets. Just before he came to our rescue it stopped raining and this rainbow appeared. No lightening, so the meet just kept on going.
This is Jonathan and Brady waiting to swim their 200 IMs at about 9:30 that night.
They still got best times!
Today was bright, sunny and too hot for the first couple of hours.
Good Job Jonathan!
ReplyDeleteWow--I'm not a swimmer and don't know much about it, but it looks like Jonathan's got excellent form!
ReplyDeleteCool picture of Jonathan "flyin"! Best times w/o going to workouts? Who does that? Imagine how fast he'd be WITH practice. :) Olive Garden is always a good idea.
