Progress!

Today I made the 6 mile mark I've been trying for all summer! Walked 2 miles, biked 4 miles! And I have come full circle and am back in my favorite place on Sundays! The Nursery! I have 6 darling 3 year olds and had a blast on Sunday!!

  1. I love that walking/biking combination. The biking works my thighs more than walking. Do you have a buddy who keeps you motivated?

  2. My main motivation is feeling good Con! I don't make myself workout and get all of my work done for the day before I read or check blogs, etc. That seems to motivate me!
