This is the last patch of snow in our yard. This must be a spot that the sun never hits. Now things are not green by any means, but it looks a lot more springlike than Virginia! (Check out Amanda and Mike's blog post).
Another great indication is that I not only did yoga this morning, but I made it around the block 3 times! That's a whole mile! Dakota and I are going to make it to another Spring!
What season is it at your place?
Wow--I need to do Yoga and walk! I'm not sure WHAT season it is up north here :) In Idaho, it's still WINTER, with beautiful, sparkling snow and HUGE piles still in the parking lots...That's where I've been spending most weekends lately! Thanks so much for the diapers and baby supplies--Natalie was especially grateful, because she'd just run out of diapers!
ReplyDeleteWell, Rob already has planted peas and beets and transplanted lettuce and chard!!! Do I really want this Engineer to go to work somewhere?
ReplyDeleteWINTER, 2 snow storms in the last 2 days and a high of 32! I hope it warms up for your visit.
ReplyDeleteI love the change from winter to spring, but winter in NorCal isn't too bad if you don't mind the mud. For the last month or two it's been raining and everything is green. Our temps are in the mid-50's. Can I convince more family to move out here and join us? Adam and Summer have a realtor looking for houses in Sacramento. It's closer than Texas:)
ReplyDeleteIt would really be easier if you moved here. California is so far away from Texas!
